12cuc Terms and Conditions – Betting Platform Guidelines

1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 12cuc services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Never previously suspended or banned from using any 12cuc platform.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that legally prohibits online betting activities.
• Registering voluntarily for entertainment purposes and not under pressure from any party.

During registration, you are required to provide an active phone number for OTP verification. The email address you register will be used for official communications related to your account.

2 Member Account

Each 12cuc account is the exclusive property of the registered owner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your account with another person, including family members.
• Transferring account ownership to another individual.
• Opening more than one account using the same or different information.
• Using another person's account to place bets or conduct financial transactions.

12cuc recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered authorised by you unless a security report has been submitted.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

12cuc supports a variety of secure and fast local payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method unless otherwise permitted in writing by 12cuc.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours for local payment methods during normal operating hours.
• 12cuc reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the 12cuc platform.

In the event of unexpected delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider, 12cuc is not liable for such delays. However, our team will assist in investigating and resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

4 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 12cuc are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus types:

• Every bonus has a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• 12cuc reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 12cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Betting Rules

All betting activity on the 12cuc platform is subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• 12cuc reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or inaccurate event information.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, related bets will be settled according to the specific rules of that sport.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and event. Current limits can be viewed within the platform interface.
• Live casino game results are final according to 12cuc's system records. Any disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game ending.

6 Member Conduct

All 12cuc members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly when using the platform. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Using offensive, racist, or threatening language toward other members or 12cuc staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 12cuc platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt 12cuc's systems and servers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

12cuc reserves the right to investigate any complaint relating to member conduct and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

12cuc reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to deceive the platform or other members.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member concerned.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

8 Limitation of Liability

12cuc shall not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, whether a win or a loss.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Damages arising from unauthorised use of the platform due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their account.
• Any anticipated winnings not received as a result of platform disruptions.

However, 12cuc is committed to resolving any technical issues promptly and providing reasonable compensation should any service disruption occur due to our own system failure.

9 Terms Amendment

12cuc reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant amendments via:

• In-app or website notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Email notification to all active registered members.
• Update of the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 12cuc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
